Marinade and Sauce for Chicken & Fish
- Marinade:
- 3Tb Olive Oil
- 1Tb White Horse Radish
- 1Tb GF Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos
- 1 Clove Garlic
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
- 4-6 1” 6 ounce pieces of Wild Caught Salmon
- Or 6-8 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs

- Creamy “Dairy Free” Horseradish Sauce (optional):
- ¾ cup Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
- ¼ cup Primal Blueprint Mayonnaise
- 2 T Prepared White Horseradish
- 2 T Chopped fresh Basil
- 1 T Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp. Coconut Aminos or Gluten Free Soy Sauce
- Mix marinade ingredients together and marinate meat for at least 1 hour in the fridge prior to cooking.
- Bake salmon or chicken in 400 degree oven until salmon registers 145 degrees or chicken registers 175 degrees.
- Optional: Combine ingredients for sauce and drizzle over salmon or chicken.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
