Days 1 and 2: Preparation Days
  • Eliminate meat, dairy, refined grains, and sugar from diet
  • Wean off any abusive substances like caffeine and alcohol
  • Drink two quarts of distilled water
  • Start taking supplementation as directed
  • Prepare Lemonade Mixture for detox days
Days 3-5: Detox Days
  • Consists of a liquid diet, comprised of a mixture of fresh lemon juice, distilled water, and pure maple syrup
  • The mixture helps to clear waste out of intestines and liver
  • Herbal formulas and a fiber supplement help to expedite the cleansing
  • The body is getting all the calories it needs and all the nutrients it needs with the supplements and the juice formula
  • The lemon juice is rich in water-soluble vitamins that the body cannot store
  • The pure maple syrup is a balanced form of natural sugar that will not cause a insulin response. Pure maple syrup is also rich in minerals that the body needs and provides the calories needed for the body to work.
Days 6-10: Recovery Days
  • Resume solid food diet with strict healthy eating
  • Vegetables, Fruits, Lean Meats (no red meat)
  • Twice as many vegetables as fruits
  • No starchy vegetables such as potatoes or corn
  • 1100-1300 Calories for Women, 1200-1500 Calories for Men
  • Healthy oil for salad dressing (olive oil), coconut oil for stir fry vegetables
  • 3 Scoops of nutritional shake per day
  • Supplements twice a day
  • Organic seasonings without MSG (sea salt is fine)
  • Half your body weight in water in ounces
