Marinade and Sauce for Chicken & Fish
  • Marinade:
  • 3Tb Olive Oil
  • 1Tb White Horse Radish
  • 1Tb GF Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
  • 4-6 1” 6 ounce pieces of Wild Caught Salmon
  • Or 6-8 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  • Creamy “Dairy Free” Horseradish Sauce (optional):
  • ¾ cup Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
  • ¼ cup Primal Blueprint Mayonnaise
  • 2 T Prepared White Horseradish
  • 2 T Chopped fresh Basil
  • 1 T Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. Coconut Aminos or Gluten Free Soy Sauce
  1. Mix marinade ingredients together and marinate meat for at least 1 hour in the fridge prior to cooking.
  2. Bake salmon or chicken in 400 degree oven until salmon registers 145 degrees or chicken registers 175 degrees.
  3. Optional: Combine ingredients for sauce and drizzle over salmon or chicken.
  4. Serve with your favorite sides.
